As a Seaman's customer, your account will be assigned to a senior technician who will be responsible for your equipment. He's the person you'll expect to see. We will also assign a back-up technician.
To help our technicians understand the entire scope of a job, we can download a customer's complete service history and review it before servicing the equipment. We also follow up on each service call to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with the work we've done.
To keep up with the ever-changing technology of our industry, our technicians are constantly attending training provided by manufacturers as well as in-house training sessions. This continued training provides our service team with the latest information in systems and troubleshooting techniques to be able to solve the most demanding of problems.
